I purchased 5 of these units for my home. One of them started acting up within 2 months; it would dispense soap when you walked by. I emailed SimpleHuman support and got no response. We could mitigate the problem by turning the unit off and on. Two more months later, the unit stopped working entirely. This time I went to the SimpleHuman site and filled out a support ticket. The response I got back? None. It's been a month and I'm still waiting. The site says you'll hear back in a couple of days. These units are not cheap and I was willing to pay more to get a quality product from a quality company. Clearly, SimpleHuman is not standing behind these units. Beware! If something goes wrong, you will not get support.
