The basic camera feels well-built but I'm not impressed with its compatibility. Tried it on two different Linux computers (see below). The privacy cap looks like it's held on by double-sided tape, and partially covers the indicator lights. Returning this, I need something that will reliably give a good high resolution. CentOS 7.8 (Linux 3.10.0-1127.19.1) - Not recognized as a valid video source. Ubuntu 20.04.1 (Linux 5.4.0-51) - Works but only at 800x480, barely above VGA quality. Model "C72 Webcam".
