Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I opened the box and found that EVERYTHING inside the box was REPLACED, including the toothbrush and charging travel case. They were replaced with some much CHEAPER version. What is worse is that they were ALL USED and DIRTY! There were STAINS all over the toothbrush and the case. This is absolutely DISGUSTING and GROSS. This is an IRRESPONSIBLE sale from Amazon and Philips Sonicare and it is definitely a FRAUD by replacing the original ones with used and cheaper toothbrush.
