I loved this ring when I ordered and received it, it was what I had been searching for as a simple right-hand birthstone ring. It is real 10k and it fit nicely and looked good. After wearing it a couple of times, the "pearl" fell off the ring setting. That's also when I realized that the "pearl" is nothing more than a little plastic disc coated in a pearl style paint. I wasn't necessarily expecting a genuine pearl, but given the other rings are Swarovski Crystal, I expected a higher quality than what I got.
