Our baby kept getting very sick after feeding him, it was confusing because food that didn't bother him before suddenly caused him to vomit and become lethargic. We almost took him to the ER one night because he was throwing up repeatedly. Since I was freezing food in several containers it took a lot of trial and error with home-made and store-bought food to discover that the issue was this food container. There is something in this that is not entirely safe. Unfortunately, it took me past the return date to figure out that this was a bad buy. Probably not every baby will react, but if you start having this problem try food frozen in other trays. I use bpa free ice trays with plastic wrap on top and haven't had any more problems.
