I bought this laptop thinking it was brand new and when it arrived, the battery would not hold a charge. I kept it plugged into an electrical outlet for a day and the laptop would die after being unplugged. I returned this product and was charged $50 for a restocking fee. What I can’t comprehend is how I’m responsible for any cost when this is a faulty product that was DOA. That’s not my issue nor is this a product I’m selling. This seller gets a 0 for customer service also.
