I had this fridge for a grand total of three months. THREE MONTHS! That means I RENTED it for $40 per month, and at the end of just three months, it died! The sides overheated so much that it seems to be a fire hazard. There is nothing in the instructions about this. To be fair, while it was working it was fine. I have a large house with two large refrigerators and four smaller ones - make that three smaller ones now. None of these has heat on the sides, never mind the blazing inferno that this machine becomes! If you value your life and your home, and you prefer not to see your house burn to the ground, do not even think of accepting one of these as a gift - never mind paying $120 for it, as I did May 2016. Oh, and the company apparently makes you pay to send it back for repairs. With that hassle and money, I'll eat the loss, but will never buy from this company again. Mark me sadder but maybe wiser...
