Don't waste your money
If I could give this 0 stars I could. I signed up for this after buying my printer thinking it would be a little cheaper paying a few dollars a months for cartridges. I got charged extra every single month for going over the page limit! What it doesn't tell you, is that the printer would change the formatting of pages so even though it looked like 1 page on my computer (I'm talking in word, webpages or other programs) it would be a little more than 100% zoom so you would get 2 pages for every one page unless you edit the zoom on every print. Even for blank pages that come out, it counts as one printed page towards your total. So instead of paying $2.99 a month I paid $12-15 a month. When i finally decided this is no longer economical and I tried to cancel (a set of cartridges only costs $30 on amazon and I have not had to replace the full cartridges once in a year) I realized that HP's intention as a company is just to rip off their customers. After my last month that I paid for was up, they charged me for 1 extra month that I did not use (this is in the contract apparently when you sign up) and the cartridges which are 80-90% FULL when I checked the ink levels STOP WORKING WHEN YOU CANCEL. You literally CANNOT USE THE INK that you paid for already. More than paid for in fact. You need to go out and buy new ink cartridges for the printer to start working again. And then HP asks you to send back their cartridges from instant ink. So all in all, I paid around $150, for using up 10-20% of two ink cartridges that cost $30 for the pair of them and the rest is now useless. After seeing the way they do business I will go out of my way to never buy another HP electronic ever again.
