This product is misrepresented. It appears from the description on Amazon that the mop pad is made by Shark. I ordered the product, thinking it was the same as the original Shark pad since the picture of the pad looks exactly like the original and the advertised original price is exactly the same as the cost of the original Shark pad that I've ordered on Amazon in the past. The cost per pad was on sale, so I ordered Four pads. When I received a small package mailed directly from "China", I was surprised. I was even more surprised when I opened the package and found four folded mop heads that resembled the shape of the original but had much thinner material that felt cheap. Also, the usual Shark label on each pad was missing. I returned the product with no problem. However, I was very disappointed that Amazon allowed misleading advertising and did not appear to understand when I complained about the product on their site. I order from Amazon routinely and have never had this problem. However, it is a reminder that there are companies making imitation copies of original products and advertising them as originals. I thought Amazon's Quality Assurance would be on top of this.
