I will gladly fix my review if Encore will actually HELP me out with my issue. I should have just not even trusted this purchase in the first place since it has absolutely no reviews to go by. I guess I'll be the first. DON'T buy this digital product. I bought it and when i went to install it i immediately got an error message saying that my token expired. I tried all the troubleshooting solutions and nothing worked. I then tried to contact amazon and they told me that i needed to contact Encore Software. So i went to their site and the first issue lies in even figuring out how i can talk to support. They were open, it was 2pm and their customer service said it closed at 4pm but there were no associate available to even talk to. Then I tried to "create a ticket for order support" which failed miserably because the email response i got from that was basically,"we understand that you lost your activation code and want to retrieve it, but we cannot access your order to retrieve it for you so you need to contact amazon." WHAT? I never said i "lost" my activation code, ever. What made things worse? The email is set so that i cannot respond to it, so i was back to square one again. I tried installing this software on two different computers and two different network connections and got the same exact error message. I tried to contact them for help and their horrible system gave me no solutions. So now i've wasted $50 bucks and had to actually purchase another copy from a different site because having the program was urgent, so i had no choice. Don't waste your money.
