We had this weather station since February 2021. The outdoor sensor has failed. I contacted the company, gave them the purchase info. They had me take videos and informed me the outdoor sensor wasn't working and needed to be replaced. Initially they said since it's been over a year, I would have to pay for the replacement. When I pointed out that it's been only 8 months, this is their reply: In accordance with our company's rules for more than six months, you need to buy the replacement at full price. Best regards, Sainlogic Team This company does not even have faith that their product will last beyond 6 month. DO NOT BUY THIS. IT IS GARBAGE.
