VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT!!!!! We got this for my husband who works from home. After using it once, the pedal broke so you can't use the pedal strap anymore (see picture). I tried to contact the company and got no response. Pretty disappointed as it would be a big pain to disassemble the bike to return it to Amazon..... UPDATE: I got a hold of the company. They are shipping us a new pedal, but I was told that it is very common for the strap piece to break off and it is NOT covered under warranty because "they would be shipping out millions of pedals all of the time." Wow.....completely unimpressed! Customer support also told me to not use the straps because it is more comfortable, but we find it very difficult to use without the straps.....not a good purchase!
