Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I just received my package today and after opening and examining the bottles, I immediately processed a refund. The shampoo and conditioner were without original packaging and wrapped in 3 USPS packages. I smelled the shampoo and conditioner and they definitely did NOT smell like the authentic Brazillian Blowout Shampoo and Conditioner. The consistency was way off too, very sticky and watery. Super disappointed!
