Very cheap plastic material. It arrived in damaged condition. The packaging was done properly but even then the handle of the cart got broken during shipment. The broken pieces of the handle were shattered in the box when I opened it. It is very very cheap quality of plastic and I doubt that this cart would have lasted long enough anyway. Also I noticed the movement of cart was not smooth and it's body swivels badly during maneuver. I have returned the item and do not plan to purchase it again.
