Completely bunk. Made from Happymeal Plastic!
I bought what I considered a fancy commercial grade treadmill because the price point was near $2000. Had to rearrange my furniture downstairs because upstairs was out of the question once I saw how heavy and large (358lbs). Called family over to assemble it (and paid them for this awful task). Five frustrating hours later, after trying to fit plastic parts (slightly warped) together into their designated grooves, we gave up on making the pulse-bar right. It was like plastic from a Happy meal, like closing one of those cheap plastic Easter eggs with a misshapen rim that won't fit together. $2000!!! Once we moved beyond the misfitting, and completed the rest, we plugged it in, powered it on, and nothing. The screen was damaged and very dim with faint grey writing on an even fainter grey background (compression damage?), and looked like a dropped phone. The elevation of the incline worked great, but the tread conveyor would NOT run. I called to return it. Axel (who sounded like the goofy prince in the new Aladdin movie) told me I would need to repackage the item as closely to the way it came as possible so UPS could pick it up in 10 days, and then a refund would be issued. 🙄 Look Axel!! I don't have five more hours to spend disassembling this 2-ton pile of crap, and the boxful of wooden braces and styrofoam and cardboard pieces that destroyed my living room had already been cleaned up and disposed, while watching this cluster truck being built. Finally after speaking with a supervisor Axel agreed someone would come pick up this lemon as it is, and without need for deconstructing it. So very shocked and disappointed. I would have expected this from a Walmart $300 variety of treadmill, but NEVER imagined this from NordicTrack at this price. Buyers beware!
