This was my first air fryer purchase. My family and I were excited for our first meal with this unit. Unfortunately, the unit was Dead On Arrival and never turned on. I am mechanically inclined and troubleshot all the possibilities without voiding the warranty and I contacted customer support. I've told customer support whats wrong and listed my effort in troubleshooting the problem. I received their email back from their technical department telling me their instructions on troubleshooting, which I already done previously listed in my first email. At this point I no longer had faith in their customer support and their products.
