PIECE OF JUNK!! I purchased this BOSS Audio Kit to install with a brand new stereo. After hours of installing all brand new speakers, stereo, amp, sub woofer and wires, it functioned for a few minutes then shorted out. I thought the stereo was defective and returned it. The manufacturer found the tip of the BOSS RCA Interconnect Cable inside the stereo and said that was the cause of the damage, a warranty would not be issued. I turned to BOSS for a refund, Louie "THE LOSER" Coronel the Contact Center Team Leader wanted the old stereo destroyed with pictures before he would give me a refund. He offered an inferior Boss used/refurbished stereo. I excepted the offer because I had no other choice but I wasn't able to get the shorted stereo back from the manufacturer. Louie "The Loser" declined any refund including the BOSS Audio Kit without pictures. I was only able to send pictures of the defective cable. After hours of work installing this sound system I was extremely disappointed, to put it nicely. A company like BOSS, to decline even a cable kit refund is very telling how they treat their customers. I was stuck purchasing a new stereo and cable kit along with having to remove and re-install everything. I will never purchase any product from BOSS. (Bad Objectionable Subpar Service)
