Saw other reviews and thought of adding mine. I purchased cook top as per television (buy 2 for 1) based on the statement "works with most cookware". I didn't purchase cookware at the time due to knowledge that they were charging way too much for shipping and that I already have about 30 pieces of cookware and didn't need more. I emailed them on cook top not being compatible with any of my cookware. They answered by saying that I could still purchase their cookware and pay only shipping charge. I decided to give in to the 69.00+ charge since I'm nearing a full kitchen reno and thought I could finally use the cook top while being out of a range. To my disbelief, I can no longer get a reply from them. I emailed four times with no reply (purchased 12/2012). Finally, called where they couldn't find record and would not go on my word. Person also stated that someone would get back to me within 24 to 36 hours. I faxed all paperwork and still no response. She also advised me that the special "pay shipping only" was a one time deal regardless of the email from them. Why would it be a one time deal when the special is still on? I'm stuck between disputing with credit card company and buying other brand cookware to help during my renovation. Very disappointed. Thanks for reading.
