I purchased this card and used the weak trial. When it was time to link up my old phone they said it would take 48 hours. It took 5 days. No phone and no service and lost my old phone number. The customer service people are completely useless. Plus you can't call them after 6pm. Not only that we were in the middle of the conversation and their phones shut off at 6pm. So good luck finding any help. They are an online based company. So all you get is people they hire around the world to read from a screen and do not help at all. This was the worst mistake ever!! I guess you get what you pay for and that is serious BS.. Once my three months are up, I'm switching to a more customer service friendly company once that has better coverage and does not take forever to load up the internet.
