Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Previously I'd ordered this product and it was short balls. I returned them and asked for a replacement to see if the company had done it on purpose... the replacement came in a circular mesh bag instead of a rectangular mesh bag and it was exactly 400 balls as advertised and as I'd purchased. Still curious and in need of more balls I decided to order more. This time two boxes... each box came in the rectangular mesh bag as pictured in this review and each was short balls. Instead of 400, each one has 387 in it. Now I'm really curious, so I actually read the warranty card. You'll notice it says for a short time they are promotionally giving away 100 free products every month for customers to review... so this is how I now understand that those reviews come free of charge to the company as well. They short their customers enough balls to then turn around and send out 100 of their product (some of which you already paid for) in return for a review. Some customers won't read the offer/warranty card and most definitely won't count the balls so no one is the wiser and the company come out looking very generous since people who are reviewing a free product generally leave glowing feedback. So I'm sending these back again and getting a replacement... I'll count the replacement too and I'm already wondering if the replacement is going to come in that circular mesh bag instead of the rectangular one and if that is how the company keeps track of what is short and what isn't. ** Also of note, several of the balls in one of the boxes were already punctured and flattened.
