Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was hesitant to purchase a bonsai I hadn't actually seen, but after looking at all the customer photos and reviews I decided that it seemed like a solid buy. I wish I had trusted my intuition. The product I received is literally nothing like what is pictured. I'm pretty sure the tree itself is not even an elm. I picked this bonsai specifically for the thick trunk, wide leaves, and minimal pot. What I received was a tiny, scrawny evergreen with long, thin spines and a pot with some tacky figurines glued to it. Do not buy this product. It's not what is advertised.
