After about 1 month of use, it stopped working. I’ve tried to charge it twice and won’t turn on. When it was working it was decent in cleaning my teeth. However, I had to hold it just right to make sure I could get the correct angle to get between all my teeth. The challenge was that to get to my very back molars (my main problem area) I had to tilt my head to an awkward angle since the angling the flosser would result in the suction tube not pulling water from the chamber. The other problem was the poorly placed control buttons. In order to avoid inadvertently turning on/off device or pushing the speed button, I had to be very deliberate in positioning my fingers as I wrapped my hands around this very large circumference chamber - and I have large hands. All and all not real easy to use. Happily I’m inside my return window and the device is going back shortly.
