What they don't tell you is that it does not fit all faucets. When it did not fit mine the seller I bought it from, Ozbo, made me pay return postage. I am not a plumber and because there was no mention in the add of it only fitting certain faucet sizes I assumed it was universal or something. So unless you find a seller who discloses the size faucet it does fit and know the size of the faucet you want to use it with I WOULD SUGGEST NOT ORDERING IT. AND CERTAINLY DO NOT BUY IT FROM OZBO AS THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAILURE TO DISCLOSE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THEIR PRODUCT. To be honest, it looks like a good product. But unless it fits your faucet it is worthless and it is a crap shoot as to whether it will fit yours or not. I am an Amazon Prime member and buy from a lot of sellers. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
