Update 4-30-16 We bought 2 of these tables 7 months ago. We did fix the issue of the freezing up by purchasing mini SD cards for more storage. Well after 7 months one of the tables has completely stopped charging. I have tried everything to get the table to charge and nothing works. I know this in the most expensive tablet out there but it should still be able to charge. I would not recommend this product to anyone at all. There are too many issues with it and it's not worth the time. Bought two of these for our kids. It works alright but about every 15 minutes it freezes up and nothing works. Just a loading line at the top of the screen and it doesn't stop. During that time you're unable to play, touch, download anything. It takes powering it off and back on to get it to work. Not happy with this at all...
