I used this machine and was fairly impressed although there are a couple of things that weren't quite as expected. The first is that the microfiber discs do not attach to the machine itself but are simply held in place by the brushes. This is very ineffective if the surface gets a little dry because the spin right off and you spend your time bending over and realigning them so you can continue to clean the floor. The other issue was that the release button was "sticky" to begin with and making it difficult to lower the handle and start the machine. By the end of the first use though, it wouldn't stay in place at all and when I tried to stand it up, would fall over and start the machine without me. Which created a couple of messes. I do like the end result and it does make cleaning these hardwood floors much easier and more effective than the old mop & bucket method. I wish it had pads that could be attached and would apply wax as well. UPDATE: As feared, this machine is just not durable enough for the kind of job it needs to do. The bearings have gone out and of course the warranty is out as well. I wouldn't replace it with this brand again and it would be way to costly to try to fix it. Not a good value for the money.
