In my original review, I gave this tool 4 stars. I actually really like this driver. The only issue is that the magnet on the bit holder is VERY WEAK. The bit often stays in the screw or just falls out and rolls away. ANNOYING!!! I use this all day for work and this little annoyance gets old real fast. Apparently, Skil saw my review and sent me a message asking me to call their customer support to resolve my issue. I did, and the guy I talked to, Scott I recall, said that he would send me a email confirmation and a new driver will be on its way! I thought : Wow, Skil really stepped up!! Well, here we are 2 weeks later, NO email, and NO replacement driver. SO, SKILS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS EARNED THEM 1 STAR ON THIS REVIEW! AND I WILL BE PRINTING UP THE RETURN LABEL AND DROPPING THIS TOOL IN THE MAILBOX THIS WEEK!!! THANKS SKIL!!!
