Bought the winch. Good quality ,worked good for awhile and 8 months into the warranty it locks up . Now I can't get help on my warranty or even talk to a human being about my problem . VERY VERY dis-hearting . Now I am dead in the water with a broken winch and no contact person . Now the second winch, which Amazon replaced because they too could not contact the seller, has gone south. The company has gone out of business and no one has replacement parts. I was told what i now have is a boat anchor . Will Amazon refund my money back and take this boat anchor back. This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.
