Poor quality, broke 34 days after purchase. These actually broke in my hands as I simply was closing them to be put a way. Its really a shame because these have great battery life, connect very easily and my 4 year old used them daily. They also have a volume limit which is wonderful for making sure the child doesnt turn it up too loud. Update: 3/5/2019 After reading this review the company provided a refund even though I was outside of the return window. For this, I will update the review to 2 stars. Update: 3/21 Going back to 1 star The company has emailed me 3 times asking me to remove my review. They did ask nicely and explained that they are a small business, however, my review is true and factual so I will not be removing it. The company should spend more time improving the product instead of manipulating reviews. Clearly, there are many reviews regarding how these headphones break especially at the extension piece. The design is flawed and people deserve to know. One thing I didn't mention before is that this is my second pair that broke in the same way. The first pair broke within the 30 day period and I had it replaced by Amazon.
