Buyer beware, this product has changed! What I got before(4 months ago) was great, sweeter than the pure powder stevia I use, no smell or aftertaste and a near white color. This product now has an obvious smell to it, it is quite yellow and after having used it can report that it is not as sweet as it used to be with a very slight aftertaste. The sweetness now seems about equivalent to the stevia I purchased a year ago Organic Stevia Extract Powder No Fillers 1lb(448g) which has no aftertaste. The aftertaste does not seem bad to me(sweet and very mild) after mixing into recipes but, the raw smell of it is awful. Unfortunately, I no longer find that this product worth the purchase.
