This review comes after 2 years of ownership. I use an enduction stove with the pot. I own a Lodge enamel pot(6 years) and a Le Cruset (15 years). All three pots cook wonderfully. Unfortunately Cuisinart's enamel just failed in low heat controlled environment. I contacted their customers service because it has a life time warranty. They said they would not replace it because it was abuse. I am left with no choice but to keep abusing my lodge and le cruset cookware as it seems they can handle the act of cooking. Not all enamel and warranties are created equal.
