I never write reviews. This might even be my first review. but I thought it might help someone else. I’ve been taking them every day for a month and they make my heart race, sometimes up to 120bpm and my face and neck get very flushed (feels hot and looks red). It usually lasts an hour or so but it comes on very fast. I gave them a month to see if these side affects would lesson but they only got worse. I don’t think I’ve noticed a difference in my hair or nails either. I can’t comment on skin improvement as I’ve never had problematic skin.
