This is the worse machine you could possibly puchase.
You get what you pay for. No automatic bobbin winder or anything, and I thought I wouldn't mind... I do. In the heat of sewing I hate to stop and fiddle with winding the bobbin. The needle un-threads often, and so I am experimenting with the tension. It's a super inexpensive machine and I didn't expect much, but the quilting table is super cool, and overall it's quiet pretty actually. That can't hurt.
Above is the first review I wrote. CORRECTION _ this is the worst product I can imagine. I cannot believe how awful it has turned out to be. Some of my more aggravating problems;
1. the stitch length changes as you are sewing! Actually changes.
2. Winding the bobbin is worse than a time-consuming chore, it is downright, difficult.
3. The walking foot has to be tightened constantly. I check it every few minutes. What a hassle.
The list goes on, I am so angry that I just don't even want to keep the darn thing. I am already shoppping for a "real" sewing machine. I admit that the price seemed too good to be true and I suppose that's what I get.
It may be good for a beginner, but I would not think so. It has too many bugs and requires constant attention while you are using it... DON'T BOTHER!!!
