I am 5" 4. I couldnt wear this more than a couple of hours without ripping it off. I couldn't take it anymore. I tried adjusting it numerous times, but it just kept on digging into my ribs. Have to return this. Edit: I want to add as of 12/31, I’ve been emailed twice by this company asking (and even bribing me) to take this review down. I read other people’s reviews before making purchases I am unsure of. Disappointed that a company would stoop to this level
