TL;DR: Trackpad is unusable. Don't trust all the 5-star reviews; they're paid for. Full review: The trackpad is too frustrating to use. It is lurchy and inaccurate unless you press down on it HARD. The two-finger scroll gesture (the only scroll-wheel-like option the device provides) is about 80% unresponsive. Scroll! Nothing. Scroll! Nothing. Scroll! Nothing. Scroll! WHOA! OVERSHOOT! Scroll back!!! Nothing. The manual warns that you must unplug it when it is fully charged, or it will shorten the battery life. Good luck with that. It's a nice-looking design, and the form factor is good. It would be a great device … if it worked. If it's so dicey, then why all the 5-star reviews? Well, I got a card with it explaining how I can get a $10 rebate by writing a 5-star review on Amazon. (See the attached photo.) Bribery: the next best thing to good engineering!
