Dangerously Cheap!
Looks and feels nice on the hand, but it's constructed a cheaply as possible. Dangerously so! The tang is a thin rat tail that is welded to the top cap with a single spot of weld; it looks like you can turn the screw in the end cap to tighten the assembly up, indeed, the instructions tell you to do so, but what you will do is bust that spot weld and separate the tang from the end cap. At that point, all that is holding the blade to the handle is some very cheap resin. If you turn that screw, bust the weld, and then try to actually use it, the blade will separate from the handle and may cut you badly. How do I know? Because that's almost what happened to me. Thankfully, I was using kevlar-lined leather gloves or I would have been badly injured.
