I've had the light for 19 months, and 4 blue LEDs have now burnt out. I do have two of these lights and the second one is still working properly. Currently described in this listing: "Satisfaction Guarantee:3 years authentic warranty with the support of service center in California.". Also all, of their lights have this 3 year warranty listed on Amazon, not hard to find for any of them, some of them now in the product picture that shows up first. After contacting Mars Hydro, while shopping for a Mars Hydro Reflector Series light, they informed me that there is only a 1 year warranty on the "cheaper" 300W light, and that I would have to pay for replacement LEDs. Upon me showing them their own product description on Amazon showing they offer a 3 year warranty, they doubled down on their stance of 1 year and also told me that their other lights have a 2 year warranty, not the 3 year that they use to sell the light. I have attached the first half of my email correspondence with Mars Hydro (the second half isn't any different). All in all, I thought this was a great product until I had to deal with their lack of customer service and unwillingness to honor their own described warranty. I will never purchase another MarsHydro product again as there are too many cost comparable options available to ever consider giving my money to a business as dishonest as MarsHydro.
