Loved it. bought the special oil kit for the moving parts and a 3 yr warrantee through Amazon (asurion). was happy with my purchase. 1year and 1 week later the whole platform cracked in half. lengthwise. no warning. just happened while walking. im thankful it diddnt happen when my mother was using it. warrantee company has been terrible. only reply's for 4 days are hostile retorts through twitter. yes, twitter. they actually dont want you to call and encourage you to do everything on their website or through social media. really sad about losing my treadmill and im not hopeful for any resolution based upon how its gone so far. probably never trust major purchases to amazon in future. the insurance company they are using is pretty nasty.
