Bought the first one in November 2017 to replace the one we had for 10 years that finally kicked the bucket. That one lasted until March. Got a replacement on 3/22/18- it died on 5/10/18. Contacted the seller - who told me that I had to mail this unit back at my expense so that they could verify why it died - this cost me $20.52. They even asked me what kind of beans I had putting in the grinder. Apparently, Starbucks beans are too greasy for it and cause it to clog. Does it say that anyway in the instructions? Not that I could find. I am VERY unhappy about having to pay to return a faulty product the second time. The first time- I had to cut the cord and pay $10. I now have $30.52 into a replacement grinder. When this is resolved, IF they resolve it - I will NEVER buy another Cuisinart Grinder again. They are seriously lacking in their customer service!
