I didn’t buy this on Amazon but I did buy one. What a nightmare. I have spent more time on chat with their customer service. 1. You end up agreeing to buying $50 in makeup every three months if you don’t stop the auto delivery of it. 2. The makeup you get very likely will not match the same color you got last time. I ordered the exact same shade and got one many shades darker. 3. My system broke after 45 days. Despite cleaning after every use, it became clogged. I took it apart. I used their cleaning solution. I watched YouTube videos. Nothing worked. After an hour on chat I was sent a new sprayer for it but I have to ship the broken one at my own expense. 3. Makeup is shipped from China so I’m still waiting for makeup I ordered 4.5 weeks ago that says it’s been in Raleigh NC for 3 of those weeks. They keep telling me to give it time. 4. If you buy it, get it here bc if you buy from them directly it’s another $50+ more. I complained about that and they did agree to not charge me the last payment. We will see if that happens. The system itself, when it works, is awesome. There are several on here that look identical to the Breeze but have different attachments and an adjustable sprayer and they cost far less then the LUMINESS version. UPDATE- New sprayer came and clogged again within days. Still no makeup that I ordered back in early January and it’s now mud February. This means Monday I will again wait on hold for hours and again fight with them about all of this. In total I think I must have didn’t 12 or more hours of my life arguing with them. It’s unfortunate bc when it works, it works great. The company itself is horrible & there’s no way to keep it from clogging.**Update in April- I’m currently on my 4th or 5th unit- I list count. They won’t refund my payment bc it’s over 30 days so they just keep sending me a new one when it clogs. This one lasted 6 weeks. I used their cleaner every single time. It’s clogged again. The weird part is that the sprayer will shoot water if I blow in it but when I pull the trigger I hear the air but nothing comes out. I have no idea what’s wrong but it only works for a short time. Here we go again. More wasted time dealing with customer service.
