I recently used the sizing chart on their website to purchase a blouse. The item arrived and the sleeves were too short. The workmanship was extremely poor as evidenced by many stray threads in various colors sewn into the white shirt. The big problem was when I attempted to return the item. This is their response: "We're so sorry for the problem.But I still want to satisfy you.Since return will be much more complicated for you, how about we offer you an Extra 15% OFF (no limits and no expiration，which works on discounted price)(code:CCY15) plus a $10 cash coupon for your next order as a compensation for your unsatisfied items,, you do not need to return it back since high shipping cost and inconvenience to you.Sincerely hope you can accept the compensation.Is that ok? Or We can give you a partial refund of 20% of this item, you do not need to return it back" Essentially they were offering me $7 for a $35 item. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal, but even after agreeing to a refund they want to stiff me on the shipping. I absolutely warn anyone thinking about buying from this company NOT TO DO SO.
