Updated Review January 1, 2018 As I have owned this skillet less than 6 weeks now, and after using it after 5.5 weeks, I decided to update my review (please see below as to why I re-did my review). My first review I rated this skillet a full 5 stars. Well I can no longer give this skillet a 5 star rating as it was non stick then, but no more! Reasons why I now rate this 1 star: 1) The white interior coating stains easily sfter stir frying veggies etc. And the stains are very, very difficult to remove. However, I did find that adding a bit of baking soda to my wet dishcloth helped to remove some of the stains but not all (as it still had noticeable stains). This is unacceptable in my opinion. 2) The Interior coating now has several scratches despite the fact that I always use either silicone or wooden utensils. This I also find unacceptable. 3) Exterior...the exterior cleans up fairly well. Yet the overall appearance now is not good. This skillet looks several years old now, not less than six weeks old! Totally unacceptable! 4) Non stick abilities...I have to put a bit of oil after I wash this skillet to keep it non stick, but then it began to stick more each time that I used this pan. I do not cook or fry with this skillet on high, but even with adding some oil now, IT IS NOT NON STICK! Again, unacceptable! 5) I just threw this skillet in the trash because I am so dissatisfied with it! Bottom line: Personally, I cannot recommend this skillet because: I believe that the interior of this skillet scratched up and discolored just like my old teflon skillets did! So I went back to my seasoned Cast Iron Skillets and my Stainless Steel cookware and I am happily cooking again.
