Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this product late November of 2009 and initially liked it fine. Here is what I wrote initially: "Works fine. When you had a Braun previously, as I did, some of the parts don't stick together as easily as you are used to. Works fine though, and has a stronger engine than the Braun did. For pure functionality it deserves 4 stars." Based on this I gave the Miallegro 3 Stars. Now we are 10 weeks later and 2 knobs that hold the motor part and the attachments together have come off. Not good, obviously. Am now about to call customer service to get the product replaced and will update on how that goes. But the fact that this has happened at all, shows this isn't a very well engineered product unfortuntely... Consider yourself warned.
