Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Bought 2 of these at the same time and they both have the same issue. They charge for about 45 minutes and then it stops charging. Give me about 2 hours of talk time instead of 12. They are shipping back today. UPDATE: The company I purchased this from has contacted me several times asking me to remove my negative post in exchange for replacement sets. It's nice that they are proactive in replacing defective product but I have received 2 emails strongly requesting my removal of my review in the last 24 hours. Seems like they must hound people who say anything negative until they get what they want. It's also amazing how they have trained people to come on here and harrass someone's honest review of the product by posing as normal consumers. This is very evident in the way they use the same exact comments that they were trained to use. They are abusing the system and this makes me believe that the 41 5 star comments were fictitiously generated. I have to downgrade my review for this reason.
