Let's keep this simple folks... A credit card is neither bad or good. It really depends on the user. Pro: I live the $100 off (May be different amount for you depending on the time). I used that for Black Friday sales. The 5% back is also a nice benefit if you use Amazon/Whole Foods a bunch. Cons: I hate hate hate hate that I couldn't make a $300 purchase on my first purchase with this card! I don't know why but it would not let me buy my BF things!!! Hate you for this Amazon! I kept trying and trying! I ended up just using my regular VISA from Chase. So disappointed. The APR is very high! 20.74% for me. My regular Chase VISA is around 12%. So here's whats going to happen Amazon... Thank you for $100 off, but I'm ripping the card up as soon as I get it. I'm extremely disappointed I couldn't make my first big transaction with my card. 5% of $300 is $15. That's not huge, but I can't believe how many times I tried to place my order. Get your $100 off and rip up the card.
