**UPDATE** BUYER BEWARE! I contacted Orient Originals to explain the defective product I received less then 3 months ago and this was my response: Dear Customer, Due to the parameters of our Return Policy we regret that we are unable to honor your request for a return, replacement, or credit on your order. Your order receipt time has exceeded over the 20 day return limit. Thank you. Orient Originals Inc. I will NOT be ordering from this company again. If they can't back their product for more then 2 months of use, I will look else where! Original Review: Ordered 2 for my living room. They look very nice ...however.. after using it for only 2.5-3 months, one is completely flat and leaking the "beans"... I am past my return window so very disappointed....
