I bought a phone from them. After loading the phone with my data. The phone heated up. I was surprised but figured I had loaded all the data so that was possibly the reason for phone heating up. I turned off the phone waited an hour and turned it on to use again. The phone heated up again. I was uncomfortable keeping this phone so i returned it. I did not receive the full refund. This company kept my taxes which were over $76 US. I was so surprised as they said it was a restocking fee. I would have loved to keep this phone. It was a great price and I wanted this phone to work...i wouldn't have loaded all my data otherwise. I posted a bad review. The seller responded that if i removed the review he would look into refunding my taxes. Meanwhile, I did not remove the review and so far I have not received my refund. I find that this kind of business tactics are dishonorable.
