Really really wanted this iron to work but couldn't get my hair to curl worth the life of me, spent hours trying to and its either too hard of a learning curve or my hair is too fine for it to keep a curl. I have a hard time with curling irons too. It didn't work for me, but I would suggest to give it at least a try. Customer service was really great, I got a complete refund since I wasn't satisfied with the product.
