This keyboard does not support Samsung's own installed apps...
Amazingly, this keyboard does not work with the apps that Samsung installs on its new TV's. It does not allow data entry nor searches into YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, etc. I could understand that it might not work with add-on apps but that fact that it doesn't work with the factory installed apps that Samsung puts on its own TV's makes no sense. This totally baffles me. I'm returning mine as it's useless.
