Really?????
This book appalls me on many levels. First, yet again the author wrote one story and chopped it up into three pieces, I'm sure to make three times the amount of money. So despite the fact that I plodded through the author's lack of serious character development, refusal to pick a point of view, and total incomprehension of what constitutes a real sentence, I have to read the rest of the series if I want to find out what happens to Beth. And I don't. Finally, I'm appalled that the standards of the reading public are so low that this book is rated 4.4 on the Amazon customer review scale and is ranked pretty high up in women's fiction. Really? The main characters both loved swimming with dolphins and really good (but badly written) sex. And amazingly enough, they both admit to a happy childhood, enjoy wealth beyond belief, and look like they stepped off a magazine cover. So I'm not understanding the scarred character, poor me, theme that runs throughout. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
