I have shopped for many years on Amazon and was always able to return an item. I had order 2 Skillmatics items as a gift per request from the mother of the child for Montessori type "toys". As it turns out, the kid already owned these so I proceeded to do the return on Amazon. To my dismay, these products are not returnable. The reason is NOT stated. There is also nothing on the product item page or checkout that warns the buyer that the item is not returnable. So if you are not sure you want this product, do NOT order it or you will be stuck with it.
